Patient will start to receive text messages inviting them to book their Flu, COVID, or both vaccinations via the link at the bottom of the text message. If you are unable to book via the link please contact the surgery as normal and the team will be happy to help. Anyone would does not have a mobile number on their record will be contacted over the next coming weeks to offer them an appointment.
Flu Eligibility:
- Aged 2 and 3 years on 31st August 2025
- Primary and secondary school aged children
- All children in clinical risk groups aged 6months to less than 18 years
- Are aged 65 or over (including those who will be 65 by 31 March 2026)
- Those aged 18 to under 65 years in a clinical risk group
- are pregnant
- Those in long-stay residential care home
- are the main carer for an older or disabled person, or receive a carer’s allowance
- live with someone who has a weakened immune system
- Frontline workers in a social care setting.
COVID Eligibility:
- Are aged 75 or over (including those who will be 75 by 31st January 2026)
- Are aged 6 months to 74 years and have a weakened immune system because of a health condition or treatment.
- Live in a care home for older adults
