First Contact Physiotherapist
If you think that you need to speak to a Physiotherapist, please contact the surgery at 8am for a physio triage appointment. We cannot guarantee that you will be offered an appointment with the physio triage team when you call us as this is on a first come first served basis. The physio team will contact you on the same day and will either offer advise over the phone, return you back to the surgery or book you in to be seen by them.
Physiotherapy Self-Refer
The easiest and quickest way to access Physiotherapy in Portsmouth is to self-refer by completing a online form. To self-refer to Physiotherapy you must be aged 16 or over, be registered with a Portsmouth, Southampton or Eastleigh Southern Parish surgery and have a musculoskeletal (MSK) pain or condition.
This service is free of charge to all patients registered at the practice.
