Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through either the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account (via the SystmOnline website or via the app)
- phone or visit us after 2pm and we will tell you what the results are
To sign up for SystmOnline please contact or visit the surgery.
Questions about your results
If your test has been requested by the hospital or a outside service please call them directly for your results, as we may not have access to these tests.
If your test has been requested via the surgery and you have a question, please contact or visit the surgery when we are open.
Please note, any test carried out at hospital, or an outside service may not be visible in your online record.
