Men’s Health Week UK: 15-21 June 2026
Trigger Warning: This page includes mention of suicide.
The Men’s Health Forum organises Men’s Health Week each year. The week aims to raise awareness of men’s health and to encourage all men to seek help to address any health concerns that they may be experiencing.
We believe that good health means being mentally and physically well, and we advocate for everyone seeking help when they need it. We do this by raising awareness of mental health, encouraging everyone to start a conversation about it, and for organisations to implement effective interventions to address it, so that, together we can end the stigma that surrounds it. We advocate for change through responding to government inquiries; working with researchers to provide evidence on effective interventions, contributing to mental health initiatives and by working in collaboration with our Supporters to build positive mental health in and through work.
Read our blogs to discover how to make work good for workers’ mental health, through workplace culture, stress management, identifying and mitigating the risk of stress, mental health in the workplace, and more.
Supporters, please log into the Portal to find a wealth of resources to support you not just during Men’s Health Week, but every day. If you are not yet a Supporter, discover how we can work with you to build a culture of prevention.
When Is Men's Health Week?
Men’s Health Week UK is running from Monday 15 to Sunday 21 June 2026. We are encouraging everyone in our network to start a conversation about mental health within their own organisations and across the businesses they work with.
