In January, 98.7% of patients attended their pre-booked appointments with East Shore Partnership.
However, 1.3% of patients still failed to attend their pre-booked appointments with clinicians at East Shore Partnership. This is equivalent to approximately 186 appointments that could have been offered to another patient who needed an appointment.
Thank you to all of those who cancelled their appointments if they could not attend.
If you are unable to make your appointment, then please let us know as soon as you can by either calling us, cancelling through your reminder text message, in person at one of our practices or via the NHS app.
Please be aware that if you fail to attend an appointment, then you will receive a warning letter. If you fail to attend another appointment within 12 months, then you will receive a further warning letter. If you fail again to attend another appointment within 12 months, you may be removed from the surgery list and will need to find a new GP practice.
If you are late, unfortunately your appointment will also be recorded as a DNA.
