Appointments

Anima

From 20th April 2026, East Shore Partnership is introducing Anima as a new way for patients to book GP appointments. Anima is a system that triage's patients requests so that patients are seen by the right person at the right time.

By using Anima, we can ensure that our patients receive the appropriate care and advice for their medical issue.

If you need an urgent or routine GP appointment, please complete an appointment request through Anima. The information that you provide is categorised for clinical safety and then triaged by our duty team.

Our team will then contact you with the outcome for your request. This could be to;

  • offer you an appointment
  • invite you in for more investigations, such as a blood test
  • refer you to another service such as physio
  • provide you with self-care information about your condition
  • provide you with medication or a sick note etc if required.

For more information about Anima please visit our page Anima – East Shore Partnership

If you require an appointment with our nurse, please either call us or come into the surgery to book.
