Would you like a say about the services provided at the East Shore Partnership?
The Patient Participation Group, also known as the PPG, is a group of volunteers who are patients of the East Shore Partnership. The group meets regularly with representatives from the partnership to discuss the services on offer and how improvements may be made for the benefit of the patients and practice.
By working together with the GP practice, PPG members have an important role to play in enabling patients to have their say about the way services are delivered, to best meet their needs and the needs of the local community.
If you would like to find out more about the PPG please use the “expression of interest” form shown below. Once the form is completed please hand it in at The Baffins Surgery reception.
You will be contacted by a member of the PPG who will answer your questions about how the PPG works. There is also a dedicated notice board in the surgery where you will find a paper copy of the "expression of interest" form.
